Our experts will also restore your spindles to the highest level - whether milling spindles or turning spindles. First, we analyze the current condition of the spindle. After dismantling, the individual parts are cleaned and defective parts are replaced. All rotationally stressed parts are then balanced at high speeds in accordance with DIN ISO 1940.

This is followed by the precise assembly of the individual parts. Of course, bearing preload, longitudinal alignment, and floating and fixed bearings are taken into account. Finally, we carefully adjust the spindle sensors and adapt the spindle to the drive.
